不止一次的跟進聯系潛在客戶很重要,但知道什麼時候放棄也很重要。是什麼時間點呢?當客戶覺得你在浪費他們的時間,或對方真的沒有意向,而你也來浪費開發其他潛在客戶的時間時。

因此,當您沒有更多時間精力來跟進這個潛在客戶時,或者目前無法繼續推進時,可以使用下面這封郵件。

F. 如何寫英語產品推介信

傳統的投遞方式是採用郵遞的方式;後來使用傳真的方式,因為它的費用低,效率高;伴隨著互聯網的迅速發展,電子郵件被越來越多的使用。
在寫英文推介信時除了注意英文語言語法方面的問題外,還應自我檢查以下幾點:1. 開頭:引起閱件人注意;
2. 主要部分:
喚起閱件人的興趣;指出所推銷的產品或服務;介紹產品或服務的優點;展示能使閱件人信服的推薦材料、媒體報導或資質證明等;3. 結尾:提供其他信息;指明進一步的聯系的方式;利用附言重復重要內容。

G. 如何寫一封好的物流英文推廣信

a、 簡單:
語言要簡煉,不要羅羅嗦嗦,言之無物。要知道,很多國外商人的耐心是很差的,你浪費他的時間就等於在謀財害命。
千萬不要小看處理電子郵件的藝術,我告訴你,很多外貿業務員其實都不懂如何寫一封好的電子郵件。
其中的關鍵就在於你能否很好的把握買家詢盤的真正意圖,從而給他他最需要的最有針對性的答復。

b、 可信:
簡單並不是要你省略最基本的禮儀,我相信任何一個人都不喜歡不禮貌的回復。和買家開始聯系時還要注意,在電子郵件的後面,一定要附上你詳細的聯系方式,包括你的姓名、職位、公司名、電話、傳真、E-mail地址、網址和公司地址等信息內容,給對方一個很正規的印象。有些廠商答復時常常丟三落四,很容易給人留下不良印象。

c、 恰當:
恰當其實是最不容易的!這裡面不僅包含了前二個因素,更重要的,還需要專業。
(1)買家總希望和精通產品的人打交道,如果你在回復詢盤時錯誤百出,一看就是外行,買家會認為你不是真正的生產廠家,或者對產品並不熟悉,很可能就一去不回。所以回復時一定要詳細註明產品的規格、包裝方式、功用、報價等資料。
(2)充分利用暢想外貿管理軟體中電子郵件傳遞圖片的優勢,這樣更能說明問題,同時也可以降低成本。
(3)發出郵件之前,要仔細的檢查一下,有無拼寫或語法錯誤,盡量把可能給別人的不良印象減到最小。
(4)報價要斟酌,不要留下太大的壓價餘地,否則會讓買家產生懷疑。而且,要細分客戶,也就是說根據客戶所在不同的國家、地區給出不同的報價。比如歐美客戶和南美、中東的客戶大多數會在產品檔次上要求不同,如果你給南美、中東的客戶報歐美市場的價格,很可能會把對方嚇跑。

d、 快速:
買家總希望盡快地得到回復,特別是互聯網介入了國際貿易,很多國外買家更樂意應用這種方式,他們應用這種方式更多的原因是低成本和高效率。如果對客戶的查詢回復太遲,不僅會失去商機,而且會使對方對你的效率及能力產生懷疑。即使是不能立即回復的問題,也應該在內部商議後給予明確答復,切忌盲目應承,往往起反作用。

要不斷的細致跟蹤曾向你發過查詢的客戶;這一點非常重要!!!很多人往往覺得網上信息多、成交少,或者沒有成交,就失去了信心,並對收到的查詢不再重視,這是非常狹隘和愚蠢的做法。換位思考,換了你是買家,你會第一次就給一個你不了解的供應商下定單嗎?更何況現在的市場基本都是買方市場,買家不管是通過電子商務還是傳統商務手段,輕而易舉就能獲得無數供應商。所以,千萬不要輕視買家的任何查詢!
