這樣會使客戶覺得你比較尊重他,在發更多信息之前有問過他的想法。 第一封外貿推銷郵件在外貿業務中可能就如我們和陌生人交往時彼此之間留下的第一印象。有些人就能夠給別人留下好印象,有些人給別人留下不好印象。這印象好與壞,其實我們每個人只要真正注意,也能夠做到完滿的結局。 那麼,我們第一次和陌生人的買家郵件交往中怎樣能給買家帶來好的印象呢?我想,我們要做好這個最重要的准備工作:對自己的產品要百分百熟悉,特別是自己要推銷的某種新產品,對其必須要做全方位的深入了解。我們不妨問這些問題:這次我們要給買家介紹的是何種產品及推銷該產品的哪個賣點?我們的賣點會不會是很多同行都在推銷的?我們的賣點是不是現在這個客人需要的?或會不會是客人未來需要的?然後再來電函寫作。在知道這些問題答案後,我們下面來研究寫第一封英文函電時要注意哪些細節,哪些是比較適用的,有效的方法。 寫第一封英文函電,首先我們必須有個好的標題。吸引買家注意的標題,這樣買家才有可能打開看我們的郵件。就象我們第一次和人見面,要將自己裝扮的漂亮點,帥一點,精神點一樣,來吸引大家。哪些標題才算吸引人,我想大家不妨去看看Yahoo上的產品推銷(其實很多英文網站都可以看到),看看人家老外用何種標題來推銷他們的產品的。仔細研究一下,我想就知道了。很簡單,只要我們COPY他們自己習慣的做法就OK。 其次我們必須簡單扼要,一目瞭然。推銷的文字不要多,不要太長。記住:越簡單越好。簡單最美。但是不要因為簡單而忘記自己產品的賣點。通常我們是這樣來寫的: 第二段:簡單扼要的訴客人我們是該產品的專業生產商或供應商,我們有上乘質量及具有競爭力的價格。現特別推薦我們的新產品,暢銷的一品種來給客人。最多不要超過兩句話。 第三段:詳細地描述所推薦產品,越全面越好。通常是對產品品名,性能,材料,FOB/CIF價格,產品規格,包裝規格,技術參數,付款方式,生產時間,樣品提供情況等每一環節要做詳細介紹,但也不能太累贅。 而往往我們很多人問題就是太多的文字來說明我們自己的公司背景,其實這是很大的敗筆。因為,買家每天收到很多推銷郵件,很少有時間來研究你的公司背景。買家常常將繁瑣的文字做垃圾郵件來處理,可能不看我們辛苦寫的長長推銷郵件。買家何時才會研究我們公司的背景呢?可能是在想和我們真正發生業務合同時,才會用時間研究我們公司的背景資料。一旦,買家研究我們公司的背景,可能那是一個好的訊息:買家可能要向我們購買產品了。然而,到這種地步不可能是第一封郵件能做到的,也不是第一封郵件要去做的。
